The Electromagnetic spectrum is the range of frequencies of electromagnetic radiation and their respective wavelengths and photon energies. The electromagnetic spectrum covers electromagnetic waves with  a wide range of frequencies. This frequency range is divided into separate bands called by different names beginning at the low-frequency or long wavelength that include radio waves and microwaves. At the high-frequency or short wavelength and there are x-rays and gamma rays.

For an electric current to happen there must be a circuit. A circuit is a closed path or a loop around which an electric current flows. A circuit is usually made by linking electrical components together with pieces of wire cable. Electricity is a type of energy that can build up in one place or flow from one place to another. When electricity gathers in one place and does not move it is known as static electricity. Electricity that moves from one place to another is called current electricity.

A circuit is a complete path around which electricity can flow. It must include a source of electricity like a battery. a circuit must form a loop. If electric current can pass through easily it is called the conductor. if the current cannot pass through easily it is called an insulator. Circuits allow electricity to be used to provide power to lights, game consoles and many other devices.
